We offer free delivery service (except outlying islands) for purchases over HKD 300 and also to Discovery Bay for purchases over HKD 800. We offer a free pick up service at Central MTR station should you wish to personally collect your online purchase.
We have started to deliver to Lantau island at Hong Kong Island Ferry Pier with a charge of HKD 350 - Free delivery at Hong Kong Island Ferry Pier to Lamma and Lantau Island for purchases over HKD 1000.
Deliveries can be made for larger items purchased in our Central store.

- Simply purchase online above Net $300 for a free delivery service.
- Delivery charges will be applied to the purchases below $300, HK Island $150, Kowloon $200, New Territories $250 respectively.
- Place an order online before 6:00pm and the order will be available for pick up the very next day at the store in Central.
- Deliveries of online orders will be made on the following days:
MON - WED - FRIDAYS – Deliveries to HK Island
TUES – THURSDAYS – NT Kowloon areas
ONCE IN A WEEK - LANTAU & DB
SAT – SUN – SPECIAL ON DEMAND DELIVERIES
- Order for pick-up will be notified via email or phone call.
- You will be required to bring along HK ID and a final confirmation invoice email as a proof of purchase.
- We will not release order without the verification of ID and proof of purchase.
- Should you nominate someone to collect, the nominated person must present a copy of your HK ID with a copy of final confirmation invoice as a proof of purchase.
Return Policy on "Pick Up"
- Orders placed online cannot be cancelled/exchanged/reimbursed online.
- Please visit our store in central (Unit 01-03, 7/F, Lansing House, 41-47 Queen's Road, Central, Hong Kong) within 30 days for cancellation & exchange.
- We will happily exchange or issue a credit note on products returned within 30 days in a saleable condition but there will be NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
